Pet Policy:

Pets welcome upon approval, breed restrictions apply. Limit 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee = $300 per pet. Monthly pet fee = $30 per pet. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required by local ordinances.

We love pets here at The Edge at Mountain Shadows. Creature comforts await at our brand new apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO.
